1. Account Registration
To use Xtaxo ERP, you must register a valid user account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all actions taken under your account credentials. You must provide accurate business name and GSTIN details.
2. Usage Limitations
You agree not to modify, adapt, hack, or reverse-engineer Xtaxo ERP. The system may not be used for any illegal operations, tax evasion schemes, or unauthorized automated access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these terms.
3. Billing, Fees & Subscriptions
Xtaxo offers subscription plans. All payments are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to update pricing upon providing a 30-day prior notice.
4. Data Accuracy
While Xtaxo provides tools to automate tax calculations and GST GSTR-1/3B reporting, you are ultimately responsible for verifying the accuracy of your financial statements before submitting them to government portals.
5. Termination of Service
You can delete or cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, your active data will be archived, and you will have 30 days to export your records before they are permanently removed from our active database servers.
